What Our Service Agreements Cover

Arkansas Pest Pros provides residential and commercial pest control across Arkansas, including termite treatments, inspections, rodent removal, mosquito reduction, bed bug treatments, and general insect control. Work is performed under Arkansas structural pest control licensing rules and the Arkansas Pesticide Use and Application Act, and every product we apply is used according to its EPA-registered label under FIFRA.

Some situations fall outside a standard agreement and require a separate written proposal examples include structural repairs, exclusion work on large buildings, hazardous waste handling governed by RCRA rules, or treatments requiring specialized respiratory protection under OSHA standards, 29 CFR 1910.134. If a condition discovered on site needs different work than originally discussed, we will explain the change and get your approval before proceeding. Anything not listed in your signed agreement is not included until both parties agree in writing.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email. We confirm the date, arrival window, and any preparation you need to do before we arrive such as clearing access to baseboards or storing food.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a trip charge, which we will always explain first.

Weather can affect outdoor treatments; when conditions are unsafe or products cannot be applied per label directions, we will reschedule at no cost. If our technician arrives and finds the scope of work differs from what was booked for example, a larger infestation than described we will pause, explain the options, and only continue with your approval. Changes to recurring service plans take effect at your next scheduled visit.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment Terms

Every job starts with a written estimate based on the property, the pest involved, and the treatment plan required. Estimates are free and state what is included, how many visits are planned, and any conditions that could change the price.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment is due when service is completed unless you have arranged a service plan with scheduled billing.

We accept major payment methods and will provide an itemized receipt for every visit. If work changes during a job say an inspection reveals termite activity in an area not covered by the original quote we stop, document what we found, and provide updated pricing in writing before any additional treatment begins.

You are never billed for work you did not approve. Questions about an invoice can be directed to our office within 30 days of the service date.

Our Workmanship Warranty

Arkansas Pest Pros stands behind the quality of its applications and follow-up service. If covered pests return within the warranty period stated in your written agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge.

Warranty length varies by service termite work carries different coverage periods than general insect control so the exact duration for your property is always spelled out in your agreement before work begins. Certain conditions void coverage: structural changes that create new entry points, moisture problems left unrepaired, disturbances to treated soil or barriers, use of unapproved cleaning products on treated surfaces, or failure to complete recommended preparation and follow-up steps.

The warranty covers the workmanship of our applications; it does not cover damage caused by pests before service or conditions outside our control. Warranty claims start with a phone call to our office so we can schedule an inspection.

Limits of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Arkansas Pest Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage, infestations established before our first treatment, structural defects, moisture conditions, or problems caused by third-party contractors.

All pesticides are applied strictly per their EPA-registered labels under FIFRA, as required by the Arkansas Pesticide Use and Application Act, and our technicians follow OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, for product handling and safety information. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to disclose relevant property conditions, restricted access to treatment areas, or alterations made to treated areas after service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would violate Arkansas law. If you believe a treatment caused harm, contact us promptly so we can investigate and document the situation.

When we update these terms, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date and note significant changes in appointment confirmations or invoices for active customers.

Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you disagree with a change, contact us and we will discuss how it applies to your existing service plan. Written copies of these terms are available on request for any customer.
